Sierra Salem Christian Homes (SSCH) is a Christ-centered residential ministry serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Director of Residential Services to provide leadership, oversight, and care for our residential program as we prepare for a planned transition in Summer 2026.

The ideal candidate is a committed Christian with experience in disability services, strong leadership skills, and a desire to serve Christ by supporting our residents, staff, and homes in a Gospel-centered environment. The candidate will be required to adhere to SSCH’s statement of faith.
